How It Works

If you're coming through a FAB package:

  • We define your visual identity, tone, and content needs before we even talk about the shoot.

  • Moodboard, outfit guidance, location scouting — all aligned with your brand.

  • We meet on the day of the photoshoot in the studio or in your location and we have a great time :) We do your makeup, we have prosecco and we patiently take photos of you in each of your looks while we move furniture around and create unique corners.

  • In 1 to 2 weeks we send you a link with all your photos. We give ALL THE PHOTOS to you. We also retouch them so that they have real colors and look natural.

  • Images integrated into your site, social, and content system.

If you're booking a standalone session:

  • Tell us what you need and share your existing brand guide or past FAB project.

  • 30 min with Ioana to plan outfits, props, and location.

  • Same FAB experience: make-up, prosecco, chill vibes.

  • All usable photos in 1–2 weeks, with detailed retouching on selected images.

faq

  • It is a set of photos that focus on your brand message and adapts to your personality and profession.

    The best time to do it is when you are building your social media presence and your website and you need a solid base of content to increase your business credibility and offer your clients the information they need to book you within seconds from visiting your online profiles.

    • Don’t wear busy prints, they take the focus from you.

    • Don’t bring too many shoes, it is not a full body session. Most of the photos are portraits.

    • Don’t get your hair TOO done. We want you to look like yourself.

    • Make a plan. Know WHY you are doing this & know WHERE and HOW you will use the photos. Inform us. Trust us.

  • Bring the clothes we discussed on and some props that you use in your profession or life. If you are not sure, bring more things and we choose together on the spot. Also, ask us about things.

  • Ioana will guide you and focus on getting you in the right mood for the most natural poses. She knows a lot of posing tips and tricks and she will definitely tell you all of them.

  • You pay on the day of your session by OP or cash. No, there is no payment plan for the photo session. If it is part of one of our Branding packages, then yes, it will be included in our payment plan.

  • If you want, we can call one of our hairstyling collaborators to come and do your hair, but we do NOT normally offer hairstyling.

  • We talk about your clothes and send you inspiration boards. You can also send us pics with your chosen clothes and we can say YAY or NAY via messenger or email. We know what suits best in your pictures and for your brand, but we can also work with the fashion stylist of your choice.

  • We can schedule a talk on the phone or via zoom. If the session is more complex, we can discuss meeting. But we encourage you to look us up everywhere and find out more about our style before booking a session. If you feel you want to meet, we will be happy to have a coffee with you at our studio.

  • As little as possible. We do your make-up so that you look perfect. If you want more retouching, we can choose together which photos we retouch more and how.

  • You will get all the photos that look good in 2 weeks max. With color and light retouch. And we then choose 10 to retouch in detail. We will send them to you via we-transfer, digital on your email.

  • With your permission, we might. We are proud of you all!

  • Yes. We do on location shootings. But there might be some added costs.

  • Because it is magical and transports you in a celebratory mood. We are celebrating you!

  • Yes, you can. But it could be better to be focused on yourself. Sometimes the presence of someone else can make you feel more self-conscious.
